12 pcs of chicken wings
100gm ginger juice (about 3 inches, pound to get juice)
100gm garlic juice (about 1 whole garlic, pound to get juice)
1 tbsp pepper powder
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp BBQ sauce (refer picture)
2 tbsp soya sauce
Ingredient for brown sauce:
4 tsp BBQ sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp honey
1 tsp dark sauce
1 tsp corn startch (mix with a little water)
Method:
1. Marinate chicken wings with the ingredients above for at 4 hours or overnight.
2. Pre-heat oven at 180 degree and bake the chicken wing for 30-40 minutes depending on the thickness of the chicken wings. Grill for browing about 1-2 minute.
3. Prepare brown Sauce, heat up the pan at medium, pour in all the ingredients and stir for 1-2 minutes until thicken, pour the chicken sauce from the oven and stir well.
4. Top the chicken wings with brown sauce and ready to serve.
